Installed the latest versions of Vite and the React plugin, and updated
vite-plugin-svgrto the latest version to prevent installation errors.Several other packages were updated, and peer dependency warnings during
npm installwere resolved. This pull request also addresses issue #10 (Use Latest Version of ESLint).
